What products do you offer? 

We specialize in custom photo magnets in a variety of sizes as well as customizable mugs, tote bags, bookmarks, pinback buttons, notebooks, apparel, and other personalized gifts.

Where are you located?

We are in a suburb east of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The best place on earth!

How do I place an order for custom items?

Select your desired product, size, and quantity. Then click on the purple button to upload your photos or artwork. Once your photos or artwork are uploaded, complete the checkout process.

You will receive an order confirmation email as well as follow-up emails with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Where do you source your artwork for the designs?

We ALWAYS license our images from paid, reputable image sources, e.g., Etsy, iStock, Adobe Photo, Alamy, Creative Market, and others. Some of our artwork is original, thanks to resident artist GareBear. He's a pretty talented fella. At this time, we are not using AI-generated art and we are careful to not purchase or download AI-generated art from the stock sites.

Where do you source your raw materials?

We source most of our sublimation blanks from an Indigenous-owned business in Langley, BC, as well as from a local distributor in Coquitlam, BC. We do occasionally source products via Amazon.ca and always try to find Canadian small businesses to purchase from.

For our magnet products, we import components from two American companies since we are unable to find these products from a Canadian manufacturer. We found a distributor in Toronto, ON, but they source magnet and button components from the same American distributor we use, and their prices are unreasonably inflated for our budget.

What about the tariffs?

We are closely monitoring the on-again, off-again tariff situation and will update our policies as necessary via our blog.

What file formats are accepted for custom designs?

We accept a host of different image types, but the most common are .jpg, .png, and .pdf formats.

Can I order in bulk for events or corporate needs?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate bulk orders for events, corporate branding, and special occasions. Photo magnets are a terrific way to spread the word about your brand, event, or special announcement! Please contact us at info@bardandbloom.com to discuss your specific requirements.

Do you offer B2B pricing?

We do! We would love to wholesale our items to you so you can sell in your brick-and-mortar shop. Drop us an email and we'll send you a price list posthaste!

What are the shipping options and costs and where do you ship to?

We try to offer flat-rate shipping for both Canada and US destinations. We strive to find the best available rates through a variety of carriers, including ChitChats, Canada Post, Purolator, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and more, and will pass any savings on to you. At this time, we're shipping to Canada, the US, and Australia. Can I pick up my order rather than have it shipped?

If you are local to our area, we can arrange a time and place to meet to give you your order. A minimal fee is charged to offset our packaging materials only.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Once your design is finalized and approved, we typically process and ship orders within forty-eight hours. The time it takes to arrive in your hands may vary based on your location.

Are the coffee mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Our custom mugs are both microwave and dishwasher safe, ensuring durability and convenience.

Are the tote bags machine washable?

Yes, on a gentle cycle but please hang to dry. For best results, hand-wash your tote bags to lengthen the life of your bag's imagery. Our tote bags are made via an ink sublimation process, which differs from vinyl or DTF (direct to film transfers) in that the ink is "cooked" into the fabric fibres.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes,we offer gift cards suitable for any occasion! Digital gift cards are a terrific option that you can purchase and send to your lucky recipient in just a few clicks, allowing them to pick out the perfect photo magnets or customized product.

What is your return and refund policy?

We stand by the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to ourReturn and Refund Policy for detailed information. Please remember that our items are all handmade to order, so slight differences in identical objects are usual and customary.
